Thank you for choosing Darido. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@darido.net with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with the RA number on the outside.
  4. We cover return shipping costs once the return is approved.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately at support@darido.net with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
